WYOMING'S STORY: At the state legion tournament, William Spann spent all of his money trying to win a Bryce Harper autographed baseball in a raffle. When he lost, he signed a ball and sent it to Bryce, thanks to the help of Senator Ray Peterson. His generosity and humility landed him his own autographed baseball.
